I had to bold the main point. Soooo, if you abort the only little Jewish descendent of Whoopie Goldberg, and she gets eaten by a bear, who gets all her property? The abortionist? Can a team of Jew lawyers sue on bahalf of the aborted Whoopie-spawn ?

If she has more than one relative of the same degree (i.e. 3 first cousins or 2 uncles), all of Whoopi's property is distributed among those relatives equally. If Whoopi has no surviving relatives all of her property goes to the state, in which case a likely outcome would be a public or online auction, with proceeds going to all enforceable debts owed by Whoopi and the state receiving all of her leftover assets after creditors are paid what she owed.

Abortion and abortion doctors, as much as the subject dominates your thought patterns, have no bearing on state intestacy laws.

Well , Israelis arent necessarily bright but I am pretty sure they are on the pill for the most part. It isnt uncommon for Jews to give the girls the pill soon after they start mensing from what I have seen locally.
