Thank you to anyone who took a moment to offer prayers, or even just throw a good thought my way. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the health of my mother, my own personal health issues, and a pending loss of employment.
We have a pretty small group around here anymore, but by and large we all get along pretty well. I get the feeling that I would get along fine with any of you, even in the real world. You can take that as a good thing, or a bad.
Anyway, all the best, to all of us, in the New Year!

Old friend dropped dead of a heart attack last night...no warning. 50 yrs old. Prayers for his family - son in 8th grade and daughters in HS and college. Live every day like it matters.
